What is a SERP and why would I want to boost it?
SERP stands for Search Engine Result Page, and the higher you rank on the likes of Google, Bing and Yahoo, the more clicks, leads, sales, reviews and word-of-mouth recommendations you should receive, not to mention an overall improvement in brand recognition.
How long are your contracts?
I wouldn’t dream of tying clients down to lengthy contracts, which is why all SEO sessions are on rolling deals which you can cancel at any time.
How much do you charge for a session of SEO?
Each session of SEO work costs £29.99.
How long does each SEO session take?
You are guaranteed at least an hour of work per session.
How many hours of work can you do for me?
As many as you like!
The flexibility is there for you to take everything from a single one-off session, up to 10 hours per week. Not all websites will need a huge amount of work, and while I will be honest in my assessment of how many hours you’ll likely get the most benefit from, the decision is ultimately yours.
Can you make my site rank #1?
Nobody can guarantee that your site will sail to the top of the search results. In fact, nobody can absolutely guarantee that it will move up the rankings at all.
However, with careful planning, achievable goals can be set. Whether it’s to move an already well-placed website into the top 3, or to get a new business up towards the first page, I will do my utmost to help you reach your target.
If you make any changes to our website, how will you do it?
The same way any webmaster would.
I will need the login credentials of your website to access the back end, and make any alterations from there using either your CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, etc) or the raw HTML code. If you’d prefer to make the changes yourself from a list of suggestions, or have your existing web team do it, that’s absolutely fine, too!
Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
Not at all. The flexibility is there for you to pay in advance or once the work has been completed.
Do you accept PayPal?
Absolutely. I also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
If you want to post updates on my Google My Business, Twitter and other social media pages, will you need my password?
Yes. However, while I’d rather have a full complement of social media channels to work with, you’re under absolutely no obligation at all to share your login credentials, and I will only work on the sites where you have given your permission.
What is a citations campaign?
A citations campaign is where I submit your business details – Name, Address, Phone Number, and generally a brief description of what you do – to various business directories. These can be national ones such as Yell and Thomson, local directories, or directories which are specific to your niche.
Not only do these campaigns help to get your name mentioned in more places, but they help search engines accurately correlate your information, may add some important backlinks, and of course, can also ultimately lead to extra awareness and sales.
One small side-effect of submitting to directories is that you may receive the occasional email or call from them trying to sell you additional services. It’s important to note that SERP Boost is not affiliated with any business directories and do not receive any commission from them whatsoever.
Do you help charities?
I strongly believe that money isn’t everything, and have a commitment to perform free SEO work for small charities and community groups in the UK and Ireland wherever possible.
How many people work at SERP Boost?
